Mediaflo worked with the MBO to re-evaluate and re-position it and its services and extend member benefits. Central to the strategy was the new corporate identity, which reflects the values of the Mercedes marque, whilst establishing itself as a stand alone brand. The campaign encompassed the relaunch of 'Mercedes Owner' the MBO's magazine, an award winning website (ITV's The Web Review), point of sale, press ads and the creation of a sub brand MBOA Motor Insurance. The strategy has helped to rapidly increase membership and provide additional lucrative revenue streams.
